This Privacy Policy explains what information ApplyEdge (operated by NeuLab Inc.) collects, how we use it, and who we share it with.
We use your content solely to generate the outputs you request — an ATS score, a curated resume, a cover letter, a Signal one-pager, a Cold Read review, or Job Match search results. We do not sell your resume content, and we do not use it to train AI models.
To provide the service, your content passes through the following third parties:

Each provider processes only what's needed to perform their function and is bound by their own privacy terms.
Your resume and job description inputs are not stored beyond what's needed to generate your result, except: Seeker and Campaigner plan users can opt to save outputs to account history, which is retained until you delete it or close your account. Your login session is stored as a token in your browser's local storage.
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing ai.neulab.inc@gmail.com. You can also delete your account directly, which removes your stored history and account information.
ApplyEdge uses browser local storage to keep you signed in. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

ApplyEdge's ATS scores, resume edits, cover letters, Cold Read reviews, and Signal one-pagers are generated by AI models. AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies, generalizations, or errors. Always review every output carefully before submitting it to an employer — you are responsible for the accuracy and truthfulness of anything you submit under your name.
ApplyEdge is a preparation tool. We do not guarantee that using ApplyEdge will result in interviews, job offers, or any specific hiring outcome. Hiring decisions are made by employers based on many factors outside our control.

Job listings shown in Job Match are sourced from third-party providers (Jooble and Glints) and are not created, verified, or endorsed by ApplyEdge. We cannot confirm the accuracy, current availability, or legitimacy of any listing. Always cross-check a listing on the original job board or company site, and use standard caution against employment scams before sharing personal information or paying any fee to a "recruiter."
