These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of ApplyEdge (applydge.work), operated by NeuLab Inc. ("we," "us," "ApplyEdge"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
ApplyEdge provides AI-assisted tools to help with job applications: ATS match scoring, resume curation, cover letter drafting, a networking one-pager ("The Signal"), a resume review simulation ("Cold Read"), and a job listing search ("Job Match"). Outputs are generated by third-party AI models and are suggestions only — you are responsible for reviewing all content before submitting it to an employer.
ApplyEdge offers a free plan with limited monthly usage, paid subscription plans (Seeker, Campaigner), and one-time credit purchases. Plan limits, pricing, and features are described on our pricing page and may change with notice. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time and remain active through the end of the current paid period. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods except where required by law.
Job Match displays listings sourced from third-party providers, including Jooble and Glints. We do not create, verify, or guarantee the accuracy, availability, or legitimacy of any listing. ApplyEdge is not the employer, recruiter, or job board for any listing shown, and is not responsible for the hiring practices of any company listed. Always verify a listing on the original source before applying.
You retain ownership of your resume, job descriptions, and any other content you submit. By using ApplyEdge, you grant us a limited license to process that content through our AI providers solely to generate the outputs you request. We do not sell your resume content or use it to train AI models.
You agree not to use ApplyEdge to generate content that is fraudulent, impersonates another person, or misrepresents your qualifications in a way intended to deceive an employer. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this.
ApplyEdge is provided "as is." We do not guarantee that use of the service will result in interviews, job offers, or any specific outcome. AI-generated content may contain errors. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ApplyEdge and NeuLab Inc. are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of ApplyEdge after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict of law principles.
